A: You may go to the online order form and add as many brick pavers to the cart as you like. If you prefer, you may choose to download the forms and mail them to the PO Box provided on the form.
Q: Can anyone purchase a brick paver?
A: YES – Anyone may purchase a brick paver.
Q: Does a brick paver have to honor a veteran?
A: No. Brick pavers can be purchased to honor anyone that you like. Familiy members, businesses and organizations are all represented in the park.
Q: Are brick pavers for Madison County residents only?
A: No. Anyone may purchase a brick paver.
Q: Can you purchase a brick paver for a veteran if they are still living?
A: YES – Anyone may purchase a brick paver. We have not restricted brick paver sales for veterans only as a large part of the community wishes to pay tribute to those men and women that have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
Q: When will I receive my brick paver?
A: You will not receive the brick paver. Many brick pavers are already installed in the park and will continue to be installed as orders are received.
Q: When can I expect to see my brick paver in the park?
A: Brick pavers will be installed in a timely manner as orders are received. In the year 2012 there is still ongoing construction in some areas of the park so there is no specific schedule that can be published. To check on the status of your brick paver visit the online brick locator.
Q: How are names chosen to be inscribed on the black granite markers?
A: Those men and women that lost their lives during conflict and their home of record at the time of death was Madison County will be inscribed on the appropriate black granite marker.
Q: When will the veterans memorial be complete?
A: The first phase of the veterans memorial was dedicated on November 11, 2011 at 11:11 a.m. A second dedication ceremony is currently being planned for late 2012 to commemorate the completion of the memorial.
